Health is the expression of a harmonious balance between various components of man’s nature, the environment and ways of life … nature is the physician of disease.
I worked in the IT industry for over 25 years after graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
Curiosity about the workings of the human body combined with an unrelenting thirst for knowledge related to health, natural remedies and yoga eventually led me into a course on Herbal Medicine. It was something I initially studied out of interest, rather than with a view to starting a new career.
The journey into the complimentary health field for me has been an internal one, it has led me to discover my passion for using plants and herbs as a way to regain health and balance. Working holistically to treat the person, rather than looking at individual symptoms. I have also learned to work symbolically, looking for deeper meanings where relevant.
During the past 20 years I have studied and used many things, and I use these as they are required in treatments. My aim is to bring the body back into balance, to redress any nutritional deficiencies and to support the organs and body systems that are low. My main tools are listed on this website.
