It is possible to be allergic to virtually anything, but there are some foods that are known to trigger allergies. Common allergens include wheat, dairy, berries and nuts, these are all included in our Allergy Top 50. It is a useful short test and can be added to any of the other treatments I do.
As a member of the British Institute for Allergy and Environmental Therapy, tests for over 200 foods, environmental pollutants, metals, plant and tree pollens, house dust, vaccinations and much more are available. However, most people who come to us want to be tested for the few popular food groups. This is why we developed this test.
This test will home in on the top 50 allergens that we have found at our clinic. The items include:

Up to 5 additional samples can be brought in if there are specific tests required, and these will be tested for.
Duration: Up to 1 hour
Following the test, an Allergy Desensitising programme will also be offered, so that allergies, once identified, can be reduced and eliminated using specially designed remedies to desensetise the body to the allergen.
