I am fortunate enough to work with a remarkable Naturopathic Centre in India where they provide a wide range of completely natural treatments. They use simple methods such as yoga, diet, sunshine, mud, acupuncture, Ayurveda, massage and herbs to build general vitality and achieve greater health for all who enter their doors. Every person is treated as an individual, and programmes will be made up for each person specifically to help in their health concerns.

During February 2013 I will be taking a small number of people with me (maximum 5) who are among my clients, and who are interested in receiving this focused attention on their health and well-being.

I am currently taking reservations of interested parties to accompany me to Kerala for 10 days (9 nights) of treatments. You will be able to stay on in Kerala and see the local area if you want to make this a 2-week trip. The centre will be happy to organise excursions such as a houseboat trip in the backwaters, or a taxi to accompany you in the locality.

It promises to be a wonderful 10 days, and one which will improve your health and well-being.

Cost does not include flights or excursions or any individual treatments, but does include:

Mangalore Airport is the closest airport, transfer from Mangalore is around £30. Calicut is the nearest international airport, cost of a taxi is around £50-£60 from Calicut, an airport pickup can be arranged from both airports.
